The fact that Wong is carrying few suitcases, chances are that they haven't found a way to resolve whatever it is that caused the problem. Given a sorcerer shoveling, not to mention Doctor Strange and Wong's winter-ready outfits, it's safe to say this is a persisting issue inside the Sanctum Sanctorum that may have been caused by a spell that has gone awry. Upon closer inspection, there's no wind or snow coming from it based on the visible structure, it seems like it's Kamar-Taj in Kathmandu - the Master of Mystic Arts' primary training grounds. There are also theories that it all came from the portal that Wong (Benedict Wong) goes in, but that's also dubious. Secondly, the Sanctum Sanctorum's stairs where Bruce Banner landed have already been fixed, so it's safe to assume that they already did all the other necessary repairs. The orange leaves and the young hero's get-up actually back this up. Firstly, the Halloween decor that gave Peter the idea to reach out to Doctor Strange suggests that the events of the movie take place leading up to Halloween, so, in the midst of fall. But there are several things that disprove this. There are theories that the ice could've been from the outside, with the hole created when Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) crashed through its roof still unfixed. What makes this odder is the fact that it's not winter in New York at this point. While the subsequent interaction between the Avengers: Infinity War teammates is interesting on its own, the fact that the usually warm and dark as per its other appearances in the MCU is frozen and covered in snow.

Desperate to get back to how things were before, Peter seeks Doctor Strange's (Benedict Cumberbatch) help, and since the Masters of the Mystic Arts has a base in New York, it's fairly easy to reach him.
He was also taken into custody as part of the investigation regarding the death of Quentin Beck which also affects his friends and family. He constantly draws attention, and worse, it endangers those closest to him. The ramifications of the villain's comments make Peter's life miserable.
In a last-ditch effort to defeat the wall-crawler, Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) outed Spider-Man's secret identity and even framed the hero for his death. Before Spider-Man: No Way Home deals with branching realities, however, its narrative jumping point will be Spider-Man: Far From Home's mid-credits scene.
